Based in North Crawley, Wellies Day Nursery is located in the perfect rural environment for your child to grow, explore, learn and have fun.
Now in our 30th year running, Wellies has grown and developed a considerable amount and we are often looking for wonderful staff to join our ever-growing team!
So, what makes a ‘Wellies Person’ we hear you ask? Well, we have listed some essential qualities below!
A Wellies person is:
Someone who is sunny, warm and vibrant.
Someone who is kind and gentle.
A fun-loving person who never gets bored.
Someone who believes laughter is the best medicine.
A Creative person.
Someone who gives 100%.
A great role model for our children.
Joining our team at Wellies means you will be part of a high-quality team. You will set yourself clear goals and complete them to the best of your ability and strive to be the best.
We really want someone who will take the opportunity to work at Wellies to learn and grow their childcare career. You'll need to be well presented, punctual, cheerful and trustworthy.
Working for Wellies is not only personally rewarding, but the benefits offered to you are also very attractive. While working at Wellies you will receive:
Increasing annual leave with your length of service
3% employer contribution to pension when you qualify through auto enrolment
Generous childcare discount from day 1 - subject to availability
Performance related bonus
Increasing sick pay related to length of service
After 2 years of employment you qualify to join our health scheme
Working in childcare is a rewarding experience and one that offers lots of fun – every day is different! Childcare is most definitely rewarding; with no day the same, being part of a community helping children to learn, grow and develop to their full potential and ability. Wellies staff feel they help to give children that valuable start in life to a good education, helping children to develop their social skills in a safe and a caring environment that promotes learning through play.
